I have a unique situation that I would like to discuss with you. The father(known donor) of my twins is suing me for paternity and visitation rights. Before their birth we agreed to him relinquishing rights and my partner adopting but that didn’t happen. There is no written agreement, he has been an active father for 4 years and she never attempted to adopt. I am unsure of where this will leave me. I have an attorney but am still concerned due to the uniqueness of the situation. My partner and I are not doing well and have a daughter that is biologically hers and I adopted her. The father has been more help than my partner and I feel that, in the best interest of my sons, the assistance of child support would be helpful. Yikes!!!! Help!!!
